Volcanoes
A volcano is a mountain that opens downward to a pool of molten rock below the surface of the earth. When pressure builds up, eruptions occur. These eruptions cause gasses and lava to shoot up from the opening and spill over outside the volcano. These eruptions often destroy its surroundings through its hot molten lava.
